Commissioning

Our Engineering team has a vast experience in commissioning all types of refrigeration equipment and we take full responsibility to test, start-up and commission all electrical and mechanical components in the system.

Commissioning starts by testing all the protections in the system to make sure that they function as expected to protect the equipment from any damage. After confirming that all protections function properly, we then start-up the equipment and record all the information related to each equipment to ensure it’s operating within the manufacturer’s recommendations. Once start-up is complete, we then proceed to test the equipment in different conditions and monitor the room temperature and climate control conditions to ensure the room temperature, climate control equipment and refrigeration equipment are all functioning as expected and the conditions are ideal and matching our clients’ requirements.

A full commissioning report is provided to the client including:

• Mechanical components tests.
• Electrical components tests.
• Thermal mapping for each room.
• Maintenance schedule.
• Catalogues and datasheets for all equipment.
• Mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Spare parts list.
